Dear DTDC Customer Service Team,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my consignment bearing tracking number B[protected].
The shipment status is currently showing as Delivered, however, the intended recipient has categorically denied receiving the parcel. This raises a serious concern regarding the actual delivery of the consignment and requires immediate investigation from your end.
To seek clarification, I contacted your customer support team. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The representatives identified as Sangita and Trisha were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the issue. Instead of assisting with the investigation, they lectured me on not approaching customer support regarding the matter and displayed a highly unprofessional attitude throughout the conversation.
When I stated that I may have no option but to approach the police and request an investigation into the missing parcel, I was told that I was "threatening" them. At no point was I threatening anyone; I was merely informing your team of the legitimate course of action available to me if a parcel marked as delivered cannot be accounted for.
As a business owner, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. My expectation was that DTDC would investigate the discrepancy and assist in resolving the issue, rather than dismissing a genuine customer concern.
I therefore request that:
An immediate investigation be conducted regarding the actual delivery of consignment B[protected].
The proof of delivery, including the recipient's signature, delivery photograph, GPS coordinates, and delivery personnel details, be provided.
The conduct of the customer service representatives, Sangita and Trisha, be formally reviewed.
Appropriate disciplinary action be taken if their behavior is found to be inconsistent with DTDC's customer service standards.
If I do not receive a satisfactory response and investigation report within the next 7 days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and pursue other legal remedies available to me.
I still hope this matter can be resolved professionally and amicably. I request DTDC to act responsibly so that we may continue to cooperate in the future on a mutually beneficial basis.
I look forward to your prompt response.
Regards,
Nitin Saini
