My consignment No. K18797626 sent from Howrah, West Bengal despatched on 28 MAY 2019 to Bangalore shows that it is Delivered of 05 JUN 2019. However it is not delivered to me. The Hebbal Branch of Bangalore, which is the nodal for delivery of the item is telling me that it is lost. what I should do now ?

The parcel is booked vide consignment No D51545349, BUT TILL DATE NOT RECEIVED . ON VIEWING THE STATUS, IT IS SHOWING SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT . kindly look into the matter. We have also requested to DTDC agencty at Palampur, But he is saying that we have not knowledge about it

I have shipment H14125777 which should delivered to Banglore. Its not deleivered and status of shipment in dtdc site shows as delivered. Please action soon
