DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment no: z03727564 not delivered even after 6 days | |||
I had courier an important document from DTDc C. R. Park outlet located in D-block. The person not only charged me extra from what I pay from other DTDC counters but also told it will reach by Saturday, which is 4th day from the date of the courier of the document. its 6th day still did not reach the destination. Why are they charging so much, if they are not proving ith the courier service? The speed of the mail is like a normal post then why should a consumer pay Rs. 70 when by normal Rs 5 post it can reach in 6 days. I feel they are cheating the customers like this.
