[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment no. z77541628 not being delivered. | |
I have sent the documents to open my account in upstox through dtdc courier& cargo on 02.11.2018. Today it is 7th day, my document is kept lying at pin code 400601. Through tracking on dtdc website i know it there for the last 5 days. I sent email at least twice and got computer generated email from them. The man at the dtdc office had told me that it would be delivered by tuesday. Upstox to whom i have sent the documents is unable to get the same collected. This is to inform you with pleasure that my consignment number Z77541628, which the DTDC Courier was ignoring for four days, now has been delivered by the DTDC Courier & Cargo.
I am really very thankful to the consumer court. Without their interpretation, the delivery of my document was to the extent of impossible.
