DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment not delivered | |
B55412222, My consignment was not delivered on Friday. Another attempt was not made on Saturday 2nd june to deliver the consignment.When i called the customer care, they have directed me to wrong person first and later another person had ended up my call abruptly. Such a worst courier service and irresponsible customer care. We wait for person to pickup call for 15-30 mins and they end the call abruptly with out answering. Was this information helpful? | |

What does within several days mean? What is the timeline to get the consignment delivered, If product is not delivered on time, I would refund which I need to get through consignment, who will refund that amount to me for product?
Get this resolved by EOD, else I would take this to consumer forum..
