DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment not delivered

Address:Udupi, Karnataka

Consignment from pune containing medicines, delivered to dtdc on 17th evening. Reached karkala on 21st at 1.30pm and to destination is only 115 kms. Till 22nd d not delivered. When contacted they told they will deliver only on tomorrow.. It contains medicines and its shelf life is only three days. Value of the medicine is 20000 rupees. Kindly expedite it immediately.

Tracking no v56034548. Sent from cbe to Chennai to me. But in online tracking it shows some other person's name and shows as successful delivery at kolathur hub on 21st October 2019 . but I have not received the courier. Pls contact me at [protected] as it is urgent.
