I couriered some medicine to my son posted as Branch Manager in the Kamola Branch of Bank of Baroda on 29.6.2021 with consignment No.U10803671. On query from my son, it came to my notice that it did not reached him till 5th July, 2021. On online tracing of this consignment, it has come to my notice that the consignment could not be delivered as acording to the DTDC status, the address was wrong or incomplete. I am giving below the address mentioned on the consignment which is the same address on which tens of couriers reached in this Branch daily.
Bank of Baroda, Kamola Branch, Tehsil Kaladhungi, Distt. Nainital-263143.
Any one can trace this Branch of Bank of Baroda on going through google very easily.
The only mistake on my part was that while writing mobile phone number of my son, I inadvertently mentioned 9 digit thereby giving incomplete phone number.
I am a senior citizen of 71 years of age. One thing which really pinched me a lot is that whereas the consignment received undelivered at Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar on 3.7.2021, I had to go personally there to collect the consignment and your DTDC had no courtesy to deliver it back to my residence.
I paid Rs.70/- for this consignment to DTDC courier Service. But it could not be delivered to its destination and after 08 complete days, I had to collect it personally from the DTDC from where I couriered it.
I request you to please investigate in the matter and issue me atleast a refund of Rs.70/-.
