My booking num c82318366 to tangella mallikharjuna rao want not delivered to right person but status updated as delivered successfully. How does this happen i lost 1500 rupees worth item because of your mistake who will bear this. Sir, I had to send a courier on urgent note & I paid 270 Rs to DTDC for in a day delivery . But the couruier is still in delhi, it was meant to be delivered in punjab today by 2 pm . If this has to happen I could have gone with a more economic action, the firm should understand the sensitivity of a courier.
