DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment not reached at the destination as promised

Consignment number v 470709 of 50 gm handed over on saturday july 21 at 8:15 pm from bhu varanasi221005 but booked in the date of july23, for express delivery with promise to deliver on tuesday july 24, at lucknow 226010, charges paid rs 250/-, has not reached at d destination. Pl insure to get it delivered on 25th july by 10 am sharp otherwise i may lose trust on dtdc courier service
