DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment not reached designation receiver | |||||
I have couriered using DTDC Courier Lite services on June 1st 2017 and it has reached Bangalore June 3rd 2017 but even today (June 9th 2017) it has not reached the receiver. Additionally, I have to pay very very high for such bad service. And when I call their customer care numbers no one is picking up the call. On their website if you log any issues there is single ticket number no matter what you log it assigns the same to everyone. This is not at all acceptable Was this information helpful? | |||||

My consignment number is z24396557, as on rreport it reached tirupati on 3-jun-2017, & at tirupati it is dispatched on same date to my address, but till now i.E, 5-06-17, courier is not delivered by dtdc
