DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment not reached even after 4 days

I hv sent consignment to Dhanbad from Bangalore with cn no:B31714419.i booked this courier from Arekere Bangalore and they said my courier will reach in72 hours but so far it's not yet reached. And when I check in their website for track it still shows in transit at Bangalore. such kind of courier should be ban in India. We sent the items with courier to hv guarantee that it will deliver early but we're not aware such a cheater are available in market.
These guys don't care about customer only running behind false promises and money. I would request all citizens if India kindly stop using dtdc as other couriers are good and cheaper than these.
