I am much frustrated with dtdc service, it has been 9 days and my consignment is still not delivered. I had posted one very important document (Consignment # z[protected] on 16-oct-2018 and till today have not received it.
I do not understand why these people have provided customer care number, almost all the numbers are not connecting at all and if any one is connecting no one picks the call.
Because of this delay in delivery, i have suffered a lot. Will dtdc will pay for their mistake?
Just one advice to dtdc team, if you are unable to handle the service please shut it down rather than providing this miserable service.
