There was a courier inbound for me from (Zip-201001) on 17th May with the consignment number -D81586275. This was a very important consigment for me and it contained important books sent by my Institute and the online tracking now says not delivered (COVID 19 - OFFICE CLOSED/DOOR LOCKED). The phone numbers of mine were given in case something happened but dtdc never tried to contact me on any ocassion for the delivery and it now says not delivered. They haven't sent me any communication of this either. I could only see this when i tracked it even though i went online and registered my phone for tracking. They haven't given me any details about my courier. How do i get it back? No customer care numbers or office numbers available. All numbers online seem to be wrong. This kind of irresponsible behaviour from a courier service is really unacceptable and completely disgusting. How can I describe this irresponsible behaviour from DTDC is beyond words. the courier contained some very important consigment for me.
