DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment not yet delivered. booked on 6th december 2018 | |||
Dear sir/madam, this is to inform you that consignment booked on 6th dec2018 to ahmedabad vide docket no:h11667571 not reached at the destination and intentionally they are not updating it in software. It shows the carelessness of the consignments of the customers of dtdc courier & cargo. It is understood from the courier office that the packet which has sent is not traceable. How is it possible? The packet booked through dtdc courier by expecting delivery within 72 hours. Now they are not providing satisfactory answer. Same complaint has already been raised day before yesterday but dtdc customer care is so poor they are not able to give a courtesy call to me. Look into the matter and call me back.
