Consignment number z24137996 has not delivered calling the agent i got the worst service experience. He behaved with me rudely and also dosent care about my article. He was not even worried of the complaint am going to submit. It is only because of the lack of strict actions against improperly behaved employe, the worst experience with a parcel company. I even complained to the asm in charge but there was no action or my problem never solved

The delivery boy did not reach upto my house rather called my mother to pick up the package from him. She is aged and ailing still she had to go up to a certain distance to collect the parcel. He refused to deliver at the house stating how can he find the house. Very dissatisfied.
