DTDC Courier & Cargo — consignment of tv, break during its shipment, improper packing even charging for it | |||||
I had used dtdc courier service for sending my tv to my home. They had charged me extra for its proper packing but they had done nothing extra except that is provided with new tv. Also from seeing the condition of consignment, it can be clearly seen that any pointed object has hit the tv screen and damaged it. It is clearly due to there mishandling the product.
