DTDC Courier & Cargo — Consignment returned back to origin with worst condition | |||||
Have booked a shipment through your courier service. My AWB No is B42683788. While tracking my parcel, web site shows that address is not correct. I just wanted to brief a history of this consignment. 1. Booked at 17/04/2017. 2. I have waited one week, I did not get any notification from my relatives as parcel received. 3. Then I have approached yelahanka franchisee office where i have booked this parcel early. 4. They gave me these contact nos.[protected],[protected]. I have contacted in front of franchisee office booking person. They did not pick up my phone call. Again after some time back i have tried above mentioned both contact nos. No response from them. 5. Then they gave another contact no [protected]. I have approached them also. They guided me that parcel is right now at thirupur. you can get from there. No response from thirupur office.(not picking up phone calls) 5. Again i have tracked parcel. It shows that it coming back to Bangalore. 6. Today i went to yelahanka franchisee office to get back parcel. when i saw my parcel i totally surprised about your courier transport protocols, that parcel completely broken and damaged. My shipment envelope also completely broken, damaged, scratched by external force. it might be human being activity or any animal like rat. I coclueded that is not because of inspection of parcel or something else.(pls see attached images) Was this information helpful? | |||||
