This is the worst courier service i had ever seen. It has been almost 2 weeks i had received a call from dtdc that i got a courier but till now i didn't receive that. They are very lazy and negligent people. Even the regional centre won't respond in phone. No one will pick the phone. Please don't use this service. You will loose your valuable documents.

I Pankaj Kumar Verma booked a mobile Rs.7000/- in DTDC courier on 26/12/2017 for Kolkata pin code 711227 in the name of Guddu Pandey . Next day i track my consignment on site no status was shown. I contacted to regional manager for this matter and talked with him .They told i see the matter and settled but now he is denying for compensation.
