DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier containing phone, was sent to bihar by dtdc. but, it has not been delivered and there is no update in the portal since last 7 days.

Dtdc courier (Consignment number: p[protected] containing phone, we sent to bihar, munger district, jamalpur. But, it has been 8 days and not been delivered yet and there is no recent update also in the portal. It is showing that the parcel is in transit since 17th september 2017. We have to take strict actions against dtdc if not delivered or the item gets misplaced.
Update the status on the portal earliest.

Updated by AbhiMann It is really frustrating when you try to call the number(Phone:[protected] / 11 / 13 / 14) provided in the DTDC customer service portal and no one receives the call. DTDC you must shut down your company as you are really providing disgusting service. At least, you should have good customer service center, those who can take care the queries and issues of the customers. If you guys continue like this I am sure your goodwill is definitely going to ruin and for sure you are going to lose most of your customer soon.
Take appropriate actions.
