[Resolved]  DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier delivered to a wrong address

I sent a package with important documents to fbi (Federal bureau of investigation) from karimnagar, telangana, india on 15th july 2020 to clarksburg, west virginia 26306 and the package was delivered in pittsburgh, pennsylvania on 21 july 2020. I called customer care and waited for 40 minutes for someone to answer then they gave me a mobile number ([protected]) for international shipments office, i tried calling that number almost 80 times (Exactly) they either do not answer or it says busy at the end of the day nobody ever answered that number. I called the customer care again and told about this issue and the representative took my phone number and said someone will contact me immediately and solve the issue. I never received any call nor anyone solved this issue. I want someone to please look in to this issue as the documents delivered at wrong address might lead to my identity theft. I will go legally if this issue is not solved as soon as possible.
