I need to receive the courier from my client, that clothes for school children. Currently courier reached tiruvannamalai but the dtdc tiruvannamalai is not ready to ship the destination, since its 40 kilometers from my place to the dtdc office. I can i commute the location since we paid 480 for the shipment??

Please take the necessary actions to get it at the right place and right time.

Note : he is not ready to ship and told me that going revert it to the sender, with rude way.

So i don't want to make any complaint against him and the same time need to receive my courier.

We have booked a medicine parcel thorough dtdc via docket no d54632279 as on 7th of october 2019 but till 17th of october 2019 it could not to be delivered at right address and dtdc team are not picking the phone or not giving the satisfactory answer as well as not providing the proof of delivery the parcel we are tracking brfore 4-5 days

i have received no revert from the side of concern and not received any single documents proof against my parcel delivery such as very very bad experience of courier booking with DTDC because my relational has a big illness on account of it they are not to be attend their exam which is life time opportunity. if the parcel has not to be delivered at right destination then please return my parcel as soon as possible.
