I sent courier to cochin on tue, 06th sep'16|20:15 hrs on zone plus/blue/green fast delivery

Which means it needs to deliver on sep 7th next business day

My friend who about to receive, travelled dubai on sep 8th, parcel delivered on fri, 09th sep'16|08:25 hrs out for delivery at my friend place thy rejected it.

Dtdc madiwala authority amar and roopa promised they delivered to dubai on their dtdc expense.

I have contact daily and reached office in madiwala - no proper response from them till now, even bm - mahadev i called 10's times

It should go via air, but thy sent in railways after two days

Handling customer in wrong way - keep on begging them to do their job almost i have lost my temper
Can i complain in consumer for this today's date : sep 27

Wat i can do further, please guide me
I have all proof - call list, about conversation and many more\

Actually one o[censored]r person called me and told dat a parcel has come for me.but I was half km distance from dat place.he told me he won't cum der.so I thought of teling him dat the product to deliver in d ofc.but I have called him 13 times he is not lifting the phone.hhe called me from the number [protected].tel dat person not to behave like dat
