DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier did not forward from hub since 10 days

My tracking number d50031182. Courier starts from varanasi to kakinada. Package is received till hyderabad hub and then it did not forward from there from 10 days, ops manager is such irresponsible not even answering my calls. Calling to customer care is waste. I put lot of mails including regional managers but no one is responding. Please help me to resolve my issue

I booked a parcel in chennai the destination is Nagapattinam district.. But now the parcel is in Bangalore plz help me to get my parcel. Iam a reseller i booked for a customer ...my vendor told me to call customer care...but i don't know wat to do..
