DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier didn't get delivered

I submitted my courier on 20th of april with dtdc blue which guarantees 2 days delivery with consignment number : v52273372

Till today (April 28th) my courier didn't get delivered.. I paid 1130 rs for this..

When i am visiting dtdc center, they are saying it will take some time giving some # reasons..

I dropped multiple emails to customer support email address, their replies are ridiculous as well..

I need this courier to be delivered and need my half money back.. I really mean it..

More than this i can't really tolerate your irresponsiveness..

Do the needful..

My one courier tracking no. Z94530490 showing delivered on 15.04.19 but actually not delivered. and i want to bring to your notice it is done many times and to many customers in this area.kindly take strict action and help
