Complaint marked as Resolved I had raised the issue in the DTDC portal as well.
Next day I received the call from the courier office saying that the courier is there at the office itself and they will deliver it soon. Thus the problem got solved.
So along with giving consumer complaints, raise the issue in the DTDC tracking site & most probably the courier will be there at the office itself or go directly to the delivery office and you will get it there evn though they have already marked delivered upon tracking.
DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
