DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier is not delivered

I have sent a courier through dtdc i have mention full address with pin code address is Yashwant kumar aliayash santosh kumar care of sri radhe shyam singh post balukaram village bhagwanpur ratti dist vaishali state bihar pin 844113. I have booked my courier on 13 jan now it's 20 Jan it's show ( AREA NON SERVICEABLE) I HAVE ALREADY SEND SO MANY TIMES ON THIS ADDRESS AND THERE IS MY URGENT WORK NOW WHAT CAN I DO I HAVE PAID BOOKING CHARGES IN COURIER I HAVE SOME IMPORTANT THING.
