DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier is not delivery to me

Please check issue for dtdc delivery the tracking number - z14460034 it is showing delivered in system but i have not received yet. I called to customer service and their system showed that it has been delivered to me on 23 sept 19 and someone had signed on behalf of me. I am surprised that delivery boy was not called me before coming and he did not checked the id proof before delivery. If he had not done this practice that why i am facing the problem. Please get shorted out the problem and deliver the package to me as soon as possible.

This is to infrom you that the courier boy in our area MR BIJOY CHATTERJE is a very rude behaviour with us.He never deliver percel at proper expected time as show tracking update.and when we need to talk with him he allways keep block my no.so cant contact him.his mob no_[protected]
