Hi,

I suppose to get one courier from mumbai to bangalore. My tracking no. M51920051.
I didn't receive courier but it is updated in system as received.

I called many times dtdc nadi wala bangalore branch and called customer care also but no one lifting the phone.
I mailed also then also no proper response

Please do needful.

We have handed over the parcel at Asansol, West Bengal for delivery in Lamington Road Mumbai vide docket no. D33866343 of DTDC Courier.

Till date it is not delivered. They are neither called us, nor reverting on phone calls/mail.

Pl intervene and settle.
