DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier lost | |||
On 5 October 2017, I used DTDC Courier Service for send one of my parcel it is about some mobile Accessories to send. But after 14 days when receiver message me that he didn't received his parcel So, i investigate about parcel their is no update on online tracking. I complaint this to Company they send me email that they lost my parcel. When i go to franchise person about the solution of this then he said i mailed Company and Company give you solution. Today is 22 November but still i didn't get any solution or compensations for lost parcel. DTDC cheated me they open my parcel and said that this parcel is lost. So Many times i faced this problem not even me Many People face this Problem from DTDC. Now i hope you People help me. My consignment no. Is Z38474624 Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
