More than 10 days. Customer care is not picking calls nor reverting on mail.
Mumbai and patna office is unable to trace my courier.

I have very important things to deleiver.

It's already late.

Don't have any other options rather than going legal and destroying dtdc name on social media.

Loosing my expensive items and time as well and mentally getting tortured on this.
