DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered and no update on status from 22 january

We booked a parcel on 21 january.its consignment number is H12449535.
From 22 it's not showing any update on status of my parcel. And more over it's showing as wrong address.But before many parcels came to same address on dtdc . Don't know why this happened this time . If address is wrong they have to call to mobile number on parcels. They didn't even call us . We have enquired at Vijayawada apex . They are saying it's in Ibrahimpatnam dtdc office. We went there and asked for my parcel they are saying they didn't got any parcel with that consignment number. We have no idea of what to do now. Please make it to deliver as early as possible. If they didn't understand address please contact [protected]. Waiting for this from 22nd Jan till now no update . Courier people at our place are very irresponsible and talking carelessly. Please try to resolve this as early as possible . Hope ur team will resolve.

Docket no: I03392799 . MY Parcel is still not received.yesterday (07.02.19) spoke to rajaji nagar branch office today(07.02.18) delivery is confirmed.but still not received our parcel. So my parcel delivery immediately.
