DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered and returned back to product seller

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have not received the courier with consignment # Z03592042

Mahabubnagar DTDC called and said that they are coming to deliver it on Wednesday, 09 Nov 2016. After that all of sudden, I did not get any update on this.

Today, I was checking the status (online) and surprised to see that my courier has been sent back without trying and reaching my home.

This is ridiculous and I am not going to accept this. Please respond to me immediately or I will be escalating it to higher level.
