DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered and tracking says receiver requested another date

Hi,

My tracking ID is D18295466, the courier tracking says the receiver requested another date but I didn't receive any call from the delivery agent, I only received OTP from DTDC but not any call from the delivery agent.

Delivery of courier was not attempted but it says that the receiver requested another date.

Please look into this.
