DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered but tracking says delivered

I was sent a courier from Kolkata to Bengaluru, which on tracking mentioned delivered on 29/02/2016 but have not received the consignment. I have put in a complaint and got an acknowledgment email as well as sms on March 12th 2016 but no follow up or whereabouts of my documents that had to be delivered.
The details of complaint and consignment are as follows
Case no. is 01006847 for DTDC C/n no.K86176975.
