DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered

I courier my parcel on 7-03-18 and its been on banglore bommasandra, and it is not reached it delivery adress, which is also in banglore. I courrier it on premium service & its been 5 days. My tracking no. V44651284. When i call there employes, they give lame excuses and after that they even did not take my call. My courier is not delivered yet & i want strict action on them.

It still at Udaipur office from last 13 days
I am calling many time at your DTDC office but no one pickup my call I am very disappointed with your service no one take it seriously

26th Feb 2018 and is still not delivered till today ...Health care global hospitals(HCG) ...address.. - 8 kalinga rao road Sampangi Ramnagar Bengaluru
