DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not delivered

We had booked a courier from duliajan (Dibrugard distrct in assam) to pune on 27th july 2018 with tracking number "k13655637". The parcel came to pune dtdc office and was showing out for delivery but was not delivered.

When the parcel was not getting delived then i raised a comapliant with mumbai dtdc office that why the parcel is not getting delived when it has reached pune. The date of comlaint raised was 4th july 2018 with case no:"12097213" for dtdc case no:"k13655637".

I called a few times in between to check the status of my comaplaint and they said it will be delivered soon as i have raised teh comalint so no need to worry.

On 8th when the parcel did not got delived then i called again to check the statis they said the parcel was sent back to origin. Pune team was saying that they have not received any complaint from mumbai team. So both pune and mumbai team started playing blame game (I think mumbai team has raised teh comaplint as i have received teh message for the same).

So i had word with pune team incharge (I am not wrirting the name even if i know it),
I told het why the parcel was not delivered as i not receive and call or message that the parcel is about to be delived.

Dtdc were falsely saying they tried four attempts. I asked them can you share th date and timing when their personal visited our socety or can you show me any call/message history that you had called or messaged me for me not there at my flat and tey have come for delivery. I have cctv i my society and call histrory of my mobile as proof that they have not called.

Finally there pune team manager agreed that its lapse from their side and they will make sure that the parcel is delivered to me back (By taking the resposibility on temselve to send it back on theor own to pune). I am having the recording of this conversation. I had mentioned tjem that i am recording the call when i was talking with them.

I received a call from duliajan office that the parcel has reached there on 11th aug 2018 and they said they will check with comany and send it back to pune.

On 14thjuly, as the parcel was yet not delived i had word with pune and duliajan office but my efforts seems to be going in vain as duliajan team is saying that they have not received any mail from dtdc to send it back (As i was promised). Pune team is saying that the status of retrn is still showing as not reached duliajan.

So seems that they are just making false promises and not doing any thing towards making sure that the parcel gets delived to customer.
Thay are not taking the resposibility of their wrong doing and just troubling the sustomer.

I am having the names and mobie number of all the people with i have talked and recording of importsnant conversations where they hace agrred thair mistake and taken the resposibiity to send the courier to me.
