I had a courier sent (Hard disk) to chennai on 23/10/2019 from mumbai airway bill number - m77943223, due to some issues with the address they didnt deliver it. Inspite of rigorous follow up with the team in chennai and mumbai, they sent the courier back to the original destination (Mumbai) even though i was assure that they could handle the situation, if i texted them the details.
Thereafter, i was assured that the package would be delivered to me in 7 working days where i needed to repack the courier. Its been a month that the package is still lying with them. Their regional office bearer subhash kumar yadav in their kandivali (West) branch has been so misleading, rude and disrespective that until date he is only delaying the return delivery with false promises. He is so causal about escalations that he doesnt care about any actions that could be taken against him. Its 25/11/2019 and the package is still not delivered with no confirmed communication from the company.
This is highly unprofessional for a company with such brand presence to have such poor quality of customer service. It would be great to seek immediate action against such unprofessionalism.
