DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered | |
We have booked a parcel for local delivery, which was promised on the same day delivery. It is 6th day now. Still yet to get the parcel. Office person says the delivery boy does not know the address. When insisted, they agreed to deliver. Now They are not answering my call. How pathetic service is with DTDC. Who will be accountable for these false commitments? Was this information helpful? | |
