Hi! i Have booked a courier on 10th Aug.2016 at DTDC Franchise new cg road ahmedabad, i have booked 2 courier of rakhi as it was rakhi festival coming on 18th Aug, i wanted it to be delivered on or before the festival hence i confirmed to the franchise that i want it to be delivered on time then the guy said yes we will deliver it on time. But as on today the courier has not delivered. This is how these people doing business and giving false commitment to the customers. kindly look into the issue & take action against them.
