Dear sir,
My awb b53382092 was not delivered to me. The status entered in the website is "not delivered (Receiver shifted)". The address provided is the same as my aadhar card and passport and i have been staying here from past 20 years. When contacted the call centre, they give some contact number and that person gives another and so on... I have made 10 calls to atleast 7 of the dtdc people. All give excuse and say they are not responsible and drop the phone/ give another number.
The delivery boy has not contacted neighbors nor contacted us by mobile.
