Courier charged from Baddi to Gaurgoan is 190 Rs. But till date not delivered the same.

This is bring to your kind notice that the courier cn no m30189102 dtd 25.1.2016, containing a very valuable document, which was send from raipur cg to hajaribag, jharkhand, has not been delivered as yet even after a lapse of three weeks. We are following up this matter with your customer care and hajaribag, jharkhand branch since last four days but no avail.
We request you to kindly arrange, expedite and ensure delevar to following destination- sanjay kumar singh, hirabag kothi, hirabag chauk, hajaribag, jharkhand.

We shall appreciate your confirmation in this regards as the earliest
