DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not delivered to customer/no communication with customer/complaint form not available with dtdc/misbehaviour of the staff | |||||
Sir, On 09.02.17 i have sent a consignment to tc 76/456, mulakkampilly house, anayara po, anra-58, trivandrum 29, kerala via tracking number b 39536464 from dtdc courier service, near fish market, belgaum. Through online tracking, i came to know that it was received back to the hub without delivering at the customer premises. My complaints are as follows I) dtdc, belgaum, didnt delivered the service at all Ii) a total time delay of 11 days has happened. Eventhough phone number o[censored]ndersigned was mentioned on the address, no attempt was made from dtdc to inform the customer. Myself was applying for ksfe application form, and a financial implication of rs 10, 000 happened due to that. I want the compensation from the compant Iii) staff at dtdc, fish market, belgaum mis-behaved today around 7pm, when i went to enquire about the same, citing that address was incomplete. Please note that i have sent the courier from this agency only, but noone while taking the courier has mentioned about the same, they simply took it and gave receipt Iv) complaint form (Hard copy) was not at all available at the office. They gave the lame excuse that such facility is not available, they were also not willing to accept the written complaint which i gave in paper, and instead told to write in a book, which have no serial wise numbering of complaints Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
