DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not received and also not responding

I have not received my courier which i ordered on april 13th 2017 from chennai to hyderabad. The status in the tracking is showing as received in malakpet hyderabad on 14th april 2017. The people from malakpet branch are not answering the call since then and the hyderabad dtdc landline number, they are just taking the complaint and not doing any further proceedings.
