DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not received but status shows delivered-reg | |||
My courier consignee no. Z32805129 has been sent to nagpur by dtdc courier but it is not delivered to me till 19/09/2017 whereas tracking status shows that it is delivered on 14/9/2019. For this wrong information when delivery boy has contacted then he also said that above mention item has delivered on 14/09/2017. During clarification to whom he delivered the item he only replied that he has only office stamp without receivers signature. I s this possible without consignee signature how he delivered the item. Please take appropriate action for courier delivered without signature and send my courier earliest other wise i have to go customer forum for justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
