DTDC Courier & Cargo — Courier not received.

Courier not received. In spite of paying extra flight charges for faster and quick delivery the package has not been delivered and can't be tracked. I will put complaint in customer greivance court. My customer send details is consignmrnt no. D27127861 sent by dtdc .nigdi on 23.04.2016.it is past ten days. Please arrange for delivery otherwise it is matter of court proceedings.
