DTDC Courier & Cargo — courier not received

I have couriered r28582900 on 22 nd january 2018 from dtdc piravom office and not yet received to the beneficiary at attingal office. Same has been checked with both the offices and not received any proper confirmation.

We are sending anything in courier for an urgent delivery only. The persons sitting in your office does not have any courtesy on customer emergency also.

Hope you will deliver me the courier in time.

KHELMART team, please help.

I have no proper response for my issue. And yes the person at Ur customer care is very rude and trust me if I as a customer is leave it's because of no KHELMART ITS BECAUSE OD UR CUSTOMER CARE...I WANT TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR AND TILL THEN I am not happy

GUYS GUYS PLESSE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM KHELMART AND WASTE WAITING RESPONSE HERE...YOU WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE AND ALSO CALL GETS DISCONNECTS...I RECORDED ALL THE CALLS OF HOW RUDE THEY ARE... UNFORTUNATELY ALL OUR COMPLAINTS GO BACK TO THE SAME PEOPLE
