Dear sir I have not received a courier till date which was booked on 31.12.2018 at chennai to my office at madurai and today we are 7.01.2019. I have sent a mail to dtdc courier till date no reply. I also spoke to dtdc courier office at madurai-ph [protected] on 3.1.19 and they confirmed that courier will deliver the courier that day evening but we have not received. I spoke chennai customer care officer ph[protected] on 5.01.19 they also confirmed to deliver the same day but not received when spoke to them in the evening on saturday once they asked the details kept phone without giving any proper answer. It is an important document from a company who have account with ddtc. I was supposed to send the documents to mumbai after signing regarding a dealership agreement.
