I have had such an bad experience, below are the issues which i have faced and has to be resolved asap. I am left to believe the executives never even bothered to understand the intensity of the importance of the goods that the customer wants to deliver!
1. Me and my client were made to waste most of our precious time tracing the consignment, but we believe the attempts we made were in vain! Me and my client personally tried contacting the bangalore dtdc office numerous time, but was only left with vague answers and false assurances that the package is on its way while the reality is dtdc people doesn't know where the parcel is!!
2. We are unable to understand why the package from bangalore to bangalore takes 1 month time, this shows how fast and responsible delivery is
3. The authority never even bothered to inform either of the parties of the current status of the package
After having traced the package for a month, still i didn't get any proper response where parcel is, i have lost my client.
We now wish to claim for the damage, the delay and the inconvenience caused both to me and my client.
The purchasing price of the product being rs 1, 000.00; we request you to please provide us with the procedure to claim for the compensation at the earliest or else i will be left with no other option than to file a case against and go public with the service quality and management issues with the company.
Shipped on 18th nov 2019 - today is 26th dec 2019 still parcel not delivered.
