I have courier one parcel on 29th of November from Kolkata to Raipur with correct address and phone number. The courier company did not contacted and retured the parcel saying address not serviceable.if that is so why they commit for delivering to the zip code. In dtdc portal the statu is still showing somewhere at kona express. There is no way i can contact them and ask what issues they are facing to reach to the adress mentioned in the parcel.
There is no contact number or email for reaching out to the dtdc team for status enquiry.
