We had sent a courier through dtdc on 13.01.2018. (Transaction no. M[protected]
As per dtdc website tracking the courier has been delivered on 18.01.2018. (Refer attachment)
We had also raised a ticket regarding the same issue but no revert has been given to us by dtdc until yesterday i. E. 13.02.2018. (Case no.[protected]
Dtdc conveyed the message yesterday stating that the courier could not be delivered due to remote location of the receiver.
Prior to this no intimation was given to us regarding the courier by dtdc in the last one month.
Also, we have been told that the courier will not be returned to us and we have to collect the courier back from the dtdc office.
This is a highly unprofessional behavior and is not acceptable.
Please look into the matter and resolve urgently.
